We really want you to be happy with your arrangement!

If you are not happy with your Flowering Twig arrangement, contact us within ten (10) days and we will do all we can to satisfy your needs._**   If you decide to return your purchase you will be responsible for return postage.

If color is very important to you please provide a sample of your color(s) and we will match them as closely as possible.   Color samples should be  a minimum size of 1"x1".  With your help we will able to give you 100% satisfaction! 

The first thing you need to do if you are unhappy with your arrangement for any reason is to contact us.   Customer satisfaction is important to us.  Customer service has not become extinct!  Well, not in our little corner of the world, anyway.

**We're sorry, but wedding flowers are not returnable.

**Special orders may not be returnable.  It depends on how special it is.  For example:  if you order a 1,000-flower arrangement with glow-in-the-dark neon-orange paint applied to it and want it in a claw-foot tub.... we will not accept a return or exchange.  Just check with us first if you think there is a possibility you won't be happy with it.
